Borussia Dortmund 1-0 PSG LIVE REACTION: Sancho inspires hosts to take lead into second leg of Champions League semi-final

Borussia Dortmund will take a narrow 1-0 lead to France for the second leg of their Champions League semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain.

Niclas Fullkrug scored what proved to be the winner in the first half when he was played in by Nico Schlotterbeck, brought the ball down and slammed it into the net.

The hosts had plenty of other chances, but couldn't get a second as Fullkrug and Marcel Sabitzer missed good opportunities.

Jadon Sancho was brilliant for Dortmund and tormented Nuno Mendes, while Kylian Mbappe cut a frustrated figure.

The French superstar smacked the post with his only real chance of the game as Luis Enrique's men struggled to get going.

However, despite not playing well, they still had some big chances that went begging.

Achraf Hakimi also hit the woodwork, while Fabian Ruiz and Ousmane Dembele missed two huge chances to leave this one in the balance ahead of the second leg.
