  • Martin Odegaard to have 1+ SOT Only Saka has taken more shots at goal for Arsenal this season than their Norwegian playmaker

Arsenal continue their push to win a first Premier League title in 20 years on Sunday afternoon with a massive match at Old Trafford against Manchester United for their penultimate outing of the season.

Mikel Arteta's head into the weekend atop the Premier League table, with a one point lead over defending champions Manchester City, but having played a game more, leaving the title race out of their hands.

The Gunners' superior goal difference though means that should City slip up by dropping points in any of their remaining three matches, Arsenal will be back in pole position to lift what would be a memorable league title, their first since the Invincibles season of 2004.

The north London side make the trip to Old Trafford having won each of their last four matches, and are doing all they can to try and prevent Manchester City from winning an unprecedented fourth league title in a row.

Arsenal head into the weekend of their final away game of the season having picked up more points on the road than any other team in the Premier League this season, which includes winning 22 points out of a possible 24 since the turn of the year, only dropping points at the Etihad.

Manchester United, however, are very much on the opposite end of the form table, having won just two of their last 10 Premier League matches, and only one of their last seven after being thrashed 4-0 by Crystal Palace on Monday night.

Erik ten Hag's side head into the weekend down in eighth in the league table after Monday's demoralising defeat, which leaves them facing an uphill battle to even qualify for European football next season.

With two of their final three league games against teams currently above them in the Premier League table, their European hopes for next season may well come down to if they can get revenge on Manchester City in the FA Cup final, 12 months after losing to them on the same stage.

United are unbeaten in their last five matches at Old Trafford though in all competitions, losing just one of their last nine on their home patch since mid-December, so will be able to take a small amount of confidence into Sunday's match as they bid secure European football next season.

Arsenal have won three of the last four meetings between the two sides, but have only once in at Old Trafford in the league in the last 17 years.
